| Job Description: | Hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. Sourcing of candidates using Job Portals, Referrals and Vendors in accordance of the Job description. Updating the database on regular basis. Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop). Experience recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants. Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn. Good to have experience working on VMS requirement. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools. Maintain strict turnaround time and adhere to specific requirements. Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan. Thorough Assessment of candidate's skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check. Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn and other available online forums. Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate. Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process. Coordinating with the team to resolve clients/ candidate queries. Responsible for handling activities/ tasks allocated by the TL or V Group. |
