|Job Description:||• Head of Business Development responsible for Sales & Marketing spearheading the Business Development for MG Composites. A senior leader who will be driven, passionate and strategic. • Responsible for identifying, shaping and capturing all business within the Composites domain. • To deliver long-term value for both the customer and MG Composites. • With exceptional networking and communication skills, the Head of Business Development will build relationships built on trust across many levels and functions of the customer organisations. • To conceptualise, innovate and strategies new ideas that will deliver value for both customer and MG Composites. • Support the development of the MG Composites strategy for growth in Advanced Composites. • Support the ongoing analysis of growth opportunities through market and customer research and maintenance of high level market and customer intelligence • Identify and qualify opportunities in the marketplace that meet the MGC strategy for Advanced Composites. • Ensure that the order pipeline for MG Composites is charged and maintained, at least sufficient to achieve the annual Business Plan target for a period of 3 years. • Manage the relevant customer accounts and key relationships which will generate orders. • Proactively identify, anticipate and meet the needs and requirements of customers in order to secure profitable business. • Promote and support the account planning process and ensure that all key OEM accounts are aligned to the MGC growth strategy. • Ensure that the appropriate level of reporting of the sales activities in MG Composites is achieved. • Lead a team of Sales Executives for both tactical and strategic business opportunities. • Good knowledge of product costing for development and production in composites industry. • Fully familiar with composites development and production processes, materials & applications in industry • Personal knowledge of important composites user/customers of the Country • Systematic exposure to composites applications in multiple segments like automotive, defence, construction, architectural, sports & medical applications • Good knowledge of product costing for development and production in composites industry. • Responsibility for all India marketing of the companies products to various customer segments in the country • Familiar with Composite, to have adequate knowledge on Composite process, Materials and applications • Knowledge of technical requirements of composites customers. • Vast experience in Marketing and project execution of Composites jobs. • Adequate knowledge of Composites requirements in Defence, Railways, Sports, Construction & Engineering industries.|
